Job summary

June Mountain is seeking a Ski & Snowboard School Supervisor to lead, coach, and mentor a team of instructors at the June Lake resort. You will focus on developing people, building teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in instructor training, provide feedback, and help drive school-wide goals while maintaining safety and professionalism on the mountain. Starting pay ranges with PSIA/AASI certifications are noted.

As a June Ski & Snowboard School Supervisor, you'll do more than oversee daily operations-you'll develop people, build teams, and help drive the success of the entire school.

You'll work alongside instructors at every stage of their journey, helping new instructors build confidence, supporting experienced instructors as they refine their craft, and identifying future leaders. Through coaching, feedback, and leading by example, you'll directly impact instructor development, team performance, and the guest experience.

Hourly pay: $27.00 - $38.23
