Crested Butte Mountain Resort is hiring a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period in Crested Butte, CO. You will help guests with gear and services to create the ultimate outdoor experience, with on-site training provided.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr; roles can be Full Time or Part Time, with a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends. Housing is not provided. This position is with Vail Resorts’ Crested Butte Mountain Resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge
• Outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear - we’ll train you!
• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
• May include other duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments
• Other duties as assigned
