Job summary

Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, CO is hiring for winter 2026/27, seeking Delivery Specialists and seasonal staff. Join our mountain team to deliver rental equipment, serve guests, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced guest services environment.

Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full-time and part-time shifts. We offer free passes, ski lessons, discounts, and a strong training culture designed to help you grow within the Epic Service program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator and set up ski/snowboard equipment to guest specifications.
• Work with team to organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Drive company vehicles in winter conditions following safety standards.
• Interact professionally with guests inside residences, hotels, and lodges.
• Assist guests with equipment fittings and provide proper usage guidance.
