Responsibilities

• Receive order details and set up ski/snowboard equipment to guest specifications.
• Arrange and prepare orders for delivery with teammates.
• Operate company vehicles in winter conditions following safety standards.
• Assist guests in fitting equipment and explaining proper use.
• Respond to guest questions about reservations and the resort as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist other departments as required.
