Qualifications

• High school education or up to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-event preparation and organization.
• During event operations and execution.
• Post-event breakdown and wrap-up.
• Oversee event workers, scheduling and payroll on a weekly basis.
• Set up and breakdown of event sites; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle registration and participant enrollment for events.
• Coordinate with Mountain Operations, Ski Patrol and other resort staff.
• Manage event arenas entrances and exits and ensure guest service quality.
