Vail Resorts is seeking a Bartender - Tipped at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Enjoy building cocktails and serving fantastic wines and cold beer in a fun environment. Qualifications

• No formal experience required; we will teach all necessary skills.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Prepare the bar for successful operation throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
