Job summary

Christy Sports is seeking a Store-Rental Department Manager to oversee the Ski/Snowboard Rental team, inventory, and guest services. You will lead a high-performing staff, ensure equipment readiness, and uphold pricing and store standards.

Applicants should have a strong ski/snowboard background, prior leadership in rental operations, and proficiency with POS systems; a high school diploma is required and flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors rental staff to deliver best-in-class guest service.
• Maintains product knowledge and industry trends to advise guests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for scheduling and training.
• Familiarity with POS systems for sales and rentals.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ski/Snowboard Rental Department staffing, training, and supervision.
• Oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and store standards.
• Assist in payroll budgeting and store policy administration.
• Open/close the store as required and support other duties as assigned.
