Job summary

Nashoba Valley Ski Area in Westford, MA is seeking reliable Ski Lift Operators/Attendants for general labor. You will be responsible for safe, efficient operation of ski lifts and helping guests load and unload.

Responsibilities include monitoring lift operations, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, delivering excellent customer service, and following all safety procedures. Outdoor work in varied weather and weekend/holiday shifts are required; prior lift-operator experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience operating ski lifts preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate ski lifts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading from the lifts.
• Monitor lift operations and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ski lifts and surrounding areas.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Ski Lift Operators/Attendants. As a Ski Lift Operator/Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ski lifts and assisting guests with loading and unloading from the lifts.
