Mountain Capital Partners LLC is seeking a Rental Technician for Winter 2026/2027 at Brian Head Resort. You will help guests select and fit ski and snowboard gear and adjust equipment for proper fit and performance, ensuring a high-energy mountain experience.

Responsibilities include fitting gear, adjusting bindings, inspecting returned equipment, and maintaining a tidy rental area while assisting guests efficiently. A friendly approach and safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with boots, skis, snowboards, helmets, and poles based on ability, size, and conditions.
• Adjust bindings and settings per manufacturer standards and guest preferences.
• Receive returned gear, inspect for wear or damage, and reset for future use.
• Maintain a clean, organized rental area and manage guest flow during busy periods.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and explain equipment use clearly.
• Other duties as assigned.
