Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Ski Club Membership Sales & Member Services Manager to lead the growth and ongoing success of our exclusive Ski Club program. This individual will be responsible for generating new memberships, retaining existing members, and delivering a seamless, personalized experience that exceeds member expectations.
The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional who combines sales expertise with exceptional customer service skills, building long-term relationships with members while driving revenue and programmed growth.

Key Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow one of Vail’s premier ski membership programs while creating memorable experiences for a passionate community of members. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving programme growth, enhancing member loyalty, and delivering the luxury service standards that define Grand Hyatt Vail.

Compensation: Base salary plus incentive/commission structure tied to membership sales, renewals, and retention performance.
