Job summary

Eastmonts is seeking a Content Manager who lives the winter sports world and can own end-to-end content—from sourcing creators to briefing editors and running organic channels. This remote, full-time role requires fast, clear communication and a focus on results on TikTok and Reels.

You’ll build a real community around the brand, not just chase follower counts, and you’ll be trusted to tune content mixes for evergreen and reactive trends. Gear on us and team apparel are provided.

Qualifications

• Own content supply end-to-end: sourcing and managing creators, briefing the video editor, running organic social, and building a real community.
• Must ski or snowboard; live in winter sports world.
• Fluent with what performs on TikTok and Reels; able to tune content mix for growth.
