Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking AI & Six Sigma Leads to drive business transformation across multiple production facilities. This onsite leadership role combines operational excellence, analytics, and emerging AI technology to improve safety, quality, reliability, throughput, and plant performance.

Ideal candidates will lead change initiatives, mentor teams, and advance adoption of AI-enabled solutions in manufacturing environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Data Science, Math or related STEM field.
• 4–10 years in manufacturing, operations, process improvement, analytics or related fields.
• Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and digital transformation.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Six Sigma and AI-enabled process improvement projects.
• Partner with operations, engineering and corporate teams to identify opportunities.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve performance and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project execution, implementation and sustainment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact projects utilizing Six Sigma methodologies, analytics, AI, and automation tools
• Partner with operations, engineering, and corporate teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

• Lead cross-functional teams through project execution, implementation, and sustainment
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities
• Support initiatives involving predictive analytics, machine learning, digital twins, and automation
• Train and mentor employees on process improvement methodologies and emerging technologies
• Develop dashboards, documentation, and reporting to track project success and business impact
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
• Support change management efforts across manufacturing and corporate functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related STEM discipline
• Approximately 4-10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, process improvement, automation, analytics, or related fields
• Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, automation, and digital transformation
• Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or production environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence organizational change and drive adoption of new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six Sigma, Lean, or Continuous Improvement experience
• Manufacturing analytics or data science exposure
• Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Reliability Engineering experience
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies
• Experience with predictive maintenance, SPC, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, or related analytics tools
