Qualifications

• Experience coaching Green Belts and project teams in Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong project management for large-scale improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor Green Belts and teams on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Apply statistical analysis to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements in manufacturing.
• Develop Six Sigma training programs to build organizational capability.
• Promote lean principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Present progress, results, and recommendations to senior leadership.
