Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Six Sigma and Lean improvement projects delivering measurable gains.
• Design and deploy Six Sigma tools and standards in operations.
• Apply DMAIC to root causes, waste and variation.
• Coach Green Belts and partner with cross-functional leaders.
• Translate data into insight for fact-based decisions.
• Influence change across stakeholder groups without formal authority.
