Job summary

AboutSix Rows Coffee is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Houston to represent the brand at farmers markets and events. You will pour samples, share the coffee story, and sell bags to customers who have just tasted it.

Responsibilities include staffing booths, handling set-up and breakdown, and coordinating logistics with the Community Coordinator. The role offers a base pay plus a commission on bags sold, with a focus on friendly, pressure-free customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and dependable; comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Retail, market, sampling or event-staff experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift market gear and stand for shifts; reliable transportation.
• Houston-based availability for weekends during Fall 2026 season.

AboutSix Rows Coffee

is the coffee brand of VK Capital Ventures Inc. (Travel Villa Kitchen) — we vend at Houston farmers markets, host the monthly Black Coffee Club, and sell our coffee by the bag at events across the city.

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to be the face of Six Rows at markets and events: pouring samples, telling the coffee's story, and selling bags to people who just tasted it.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Six Rows table/booth at farmers markets and events — setup, sampling, sales, breakdown
• Sell bagged coffee and track your bags sold (commission is paid on bags sold, counted from our sales records)
• Talk coffee with customers: origins, tasting notes, and how to brew it at home
• Represent the brand warmly and honestly — no pressure tactics, no claims beyond the product
• Coordinate event logistics with the event contact (Community Coordinator)

Qualifications

• Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Retail, market, sampling, or event-staff experience a plus — coffee knowledge a plus, not required (we’ll teach you the coffee)
• Able to lift market gear (tent, table, coffee stock) and stand for a market shift
• Reliable transportation to markets and events across Houston
• Houston-based

Schedule

Market and event days, Fall 2026 season (Oct 2026–Jan 2027) — weekends are the core days.
