Job summary

AboutSix Rows Coffee is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Houston to represent the brand at farmers markets and events. You will pour samples, share the coffee story, and sell bags to customers who have just tasted it.

Responsibilities include staffing booths, handling set-up and breakdown, and coordinating logistics with the Community Coordinator. The role offers a base pay plus a commission on bags sold, with a focus on friendly, pressure-free customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and dependable; comfortable starting conversations with strangers.
• Retail, market, sampling or event-staff experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift market gear and stand for shifts; reliable transportation.
• Houston-based availability for weekends during Fall 2026 season.

Responsibilities

• Staff booths at farmers markets and events including setup, sampling and sales.
• Sell bagged coffee and track bags sold with commission tied to sales.
• Talk with customers about origins, tasting notes, and home brewing.
• Represent the brand honestly and coordinate logistics with the event contact.
