Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or executive search
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn performance-based compensation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience and ability to overcome rejection and setbacks
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Bullhorn/Indeed preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for direct-hire positions across multiple industries
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the interview process
