Job summary

Quality Collision Group LLC is seeking an Auto Body Technician to repair collision-damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using OEM procedures and industry standards. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs, part replacement, and quality checks while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional auto body repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures.
• Experience with welding and structural repairs.
• Familiar with I-CAR repair standards.
• Ability to read repair plans and OEM procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and review the approved repair plan before beginning work.
• Perform structural and non-structural body repairs in accordance with OEM procedures.
• Remove, repair, replace, and reinstall damaged vehicle components and body panels.
• Make appropriate repair-versus-replace recommendations based on safety, quality, and repair procedures.
• Perform measuring, pulling, welding, metal repair, panel alignment, and related body operations as qualified.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality and on-time production expectations.
• Communicate additional damage or repair concerns to the estimator or production team.
• Maintain tools, equipment, PPE, and a safe and organized work area.
