Job summary

Precision Today is seeking a top-performing sales professional to transition from luxury automotive sales into the home standby generator market. You will leverage relationships, close high-value opportunities, and drive confidence and trust with homeowners.

The role offers company-generated appointments, training, and substantial income potential. Expect an uncapped commission structure with six-figure earnings and growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding residential services sector.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of sales experience.
Luxury automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
Experience selling high-ticket products or services preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners through company-scheduled appointments.
Conduct in-home consultations and evaluate customer needs.
Present premium standby generator solutions and financing options.
Educate customers on energy security, comfort, and home protection.
Manage the customer journey from consultation through installation.
Maintain communication with customers and installation teams to ensure an exceptional experience.
Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
Participate in sales training and ongoing professional development.
