Job summary

United Automobile Insurance Company (UAIC) seeks an experienced SIU Supervisor to lead the Special Investigations Unit, working with the Regional SIU Manager to drive operations, performance, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes investigator oversight, case strategy, and collaboration with Claims, Legal, Underwriting, and Compliance to identify and address fraud trends. Preference for candidates located in South Florida.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in P&C insurance investigations, preferably within an SIU environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, investigative judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or higher in a related field preferred; 10 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily SIU operations, provide supervision and guidance to investigators.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, provide coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Claims, Legal, Underwriting, Compliance and other units on investigations.
