Job summary

W. R. Berkley Corporation is seeking an experienced SIU Manager to lead our anti-fraud efforts across commercial and personal lines. You will supervise a team of investigators, oversee investigations, and ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.

You will collaborate with claims, underwriting, legal, and risk management to identify fraud trends and drive strategic improvements in the SIU program. Travel may be required to support investigations at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in insurance fraud investigations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products and claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIU investigators and support specialists, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee intake, triage, and assignment of suspected fraudulent claims for timely, thorough investigations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and industry best practices; review investigative reports and referrals.
