Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking an SIU Investigator to independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across workers’ compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability. The role requires a deep understanding of insurance policies, fraud indicators, and the ability to report findings to state agencies as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or 5+ years of law enforcement investigations, and must hold or be able to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent law enforcement experience with fraud investigations.
• Must be licensed as a Private Investigator where work is completed.
• Minimum 5 years of complex insurance investigations experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across multiple coverage types.
• Collect information via interviews, data gathering, and collaboration with clients and authorities.
• Maintain detailed documentation and produce clear reports and correspondence.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice

High School diploma or higher with 5+ years law enforcement experience
