The annual base salary range for this position is a nationwide market range and varies based on factors such as role scope, location, skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.

What Is the Opportunity?

Travelers Investigative Services provides industry-first resources to detect and deter fraudulent claims. As an SIU Investigator, you will analyze information to uncover potentially fraudulent activity, conduct investigations within all lines of business, and may work remotely, from your residence, or at a Claim Center. Candidate must reside in the Philadelphia area.

What Will You Do?

• Analyze and prioritize information to develop investigative strategies.
• Conduct insurance investigations, including database searches, to identify fraud.
• Apply critical thinking and legal knowledge to investigations.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and law enforcement.
• Serve as a fraud subject matter expert and testify to findings.
• Engage in specialized investigative areas as needed.
• Collaborate on antifraud strategies and perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Intermediate analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with databases, internet, and social media.
• Conflict management, independence, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of insurance and claim operations (basic to working level).
