Job summary

Cloud Raptor is seeking a fully remote Full-stack Sitecore Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale digital solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud. You will develop modern headless applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, and implement advanced rendering strategies including SSG, ISR, and SSR with caching.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and UX teams, contributing to CI/CD and cloud deployment while upholding code quality and performance standards.

Role: Full-stack Sitecore Developer

Mode: Remote Aus hours AEDT

Client: Tertiary Education

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale digital solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Build and support modern headless applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Develop scalable and performant front-end experiences leveraging modern rendering patterns including:
• Static Site Generation (SSG) o Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR) o Server-side rendering and caching strategies
• Implement and manage Sitecore wildcard pages within Next.js environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, UX teams, and developers to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and provide recommendations on best practices, performance, and scalability.
• Develop reusable UI component libraries using Tailwind CSS and modern design systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud-based application management.
• Support integrations with enterprise platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions.
• Maintain high standards of code quality through testing, reviews, documentation, and development best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience

Sitecore Expertise (Mandatory)

• Commercial experience delivering solutions on Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Experience implementing or migrating solutions from Sitecore XP to XM Cloud.
• Strong understanding of: o Sitecore Headless Services o Sitecore AI capabilities
• Content modeling and personalization o Sitecore development best practices
• Ability to clearly articulate previous XM Cloud project experience, individual contributions, and technical challenges solved.

Full Stack Development Strong experience with:

oNext.js o React o TypeScript

• JavaScript (ES6+)
• Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Sitecore wildcard pages within Next.js applications.
• Strong understanding of rendering and performance optimization techniques including:
• SSG o ISR
• Caching strategies
• Core Web Vitals

Front-End Development Advanced experience with:

oHTML5 oCSS3 o Tailwind CSS o Responsive design

• Component-based architecture

Communication & Consulting

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and provide technical recommendations.
• Comfortable participating in workshops, design discussions, and solution planning activities.

4.Their experience with rendering approaches including SSG, ISR, and caching strategies, and when each approach should be used.

5.Real-world experience using Tailwind CSS and Storybook.

6.Their involvement in stakeholder engagement, solution design, and technical advisory activities.

Candidates whose experience is predominantly focused on traditional Sitecore XP/MVC development without meaningful XM Cloud delivery experience will not be considered.
