Peraton in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects within the SITEC-3 contract. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination across customer teams to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

A DoD TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8140 802 compliance are required, with 10+ years in project management. PMP is desirable; ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, leads, and manages personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects and maintains efficiency of project management aspects such as planning, scheduling, budget and risk assessment.
• Develops and executes against project objectives by collaborating with the customer on needs and goals, project proposals, project plans, and status.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines and maintains project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing elements, and maintaining schedule.
• Controls project plans by reviewing designs, specifications, schedule changes, and recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.
• Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.
• Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation; performs technical studies to refine project requirements.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, andultimately theend-user whooperatearound the globe 24x7x365.
