Peraton requiresa Project Manager to support the Special OperationsCommand Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3.This position islocatedatHurlburt Field, FL.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end-user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, andultimately theend-user whooperatearound the globe 24x7x365.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plans, leads, and manages personnel responsible for the organization's portfolio of projects andmaintainsefficiency of important project management aspects such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment.
• Develops andexecutes againstprojectobjectivesby collaborating with the customer on needs and goals, project proposals, project plans, and intermediate execution status.
• Determinesproject responsibilities byidentifyingproject phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determinesproject specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, and preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determinesandmaintainsproject schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements, andmaintainingproject schedule.
• Controls project plans by reviewing designs, specifications, schedule changes, and recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approvingexpendituresand administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions.
• Responsible for technical/operational leadership of a project/mission within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer.
• Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation; performs technical studies to refine project requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Min10 years of experience.
• Active DoW TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be with DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 802 – IT Project Manager - Intermediate level or higher.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired.
• Prior experience managing IT projects is desired.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
