Job summary
Sanofi is seeking a Utilities Engineer in Swiftwater, PA to support Central Utilities infrastructure, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 1+ years in related fields.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings.
- Understanding mechanical and thermodynamic principles.
Responsibilities
- Support site Central Utilities related infrastructure projects and operations, including electrical distribution, boilers, chillers, water and wastewater systems.
- Support operations and maintenance of site utilities infrastructure.
- Liaise with site/global Engineering to review new projects interfacing with central utilities; assist design reviews, maintenance plans, commissioning.
- Be a key stakeholder for lifecycle management of utility assets; participate in PM reviews/modifications to improve operation and uptime.
- Review utility system performance for efficiency, reliability, and environmental compliance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and good documentation practices for traceability.
- Support Maintenance Safety Culture and safe task execution.
- Collaborate with Site Engineering to develop Engineering Standards Site Sustainability.
- Develop and execute sustainability programs aligned with Planet Care strategies; collaborate to reduce environmental footprint.
- Align programs with HSE systems and contribute to ISO 50001 and site audits.
- Participate in Sustainability COP network.
