Trane Technologies is seeking a Training Leader to guide learning and development at the Clarksville, TN site, partnering across operations, HR, EHS, and quality to build a high-performance learning culture.

Lead program development for hourly and salaried manufacturing staff, align with SQDIP+SE metrics, and ensure training records are audit-ready and compliant. This role drives continuous improvement and leadership growth within a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
• Experience with instructor-led, on-the-job, and blended learning programs.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with training systems, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Ability to assess capability gaps and implement practical development solutions.

Position Summary

The Training Leader will lead and enhance training and development programs for the Clarksville, TN manufacturing site, supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, employee growth, and leadership capability. This role partners across site leadership, operations, HR, EHS, and quality to build a high-performance learning culture and strengthen workforce capability. This is an opportunity to centralize and advance training in a large, growing manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute the site learning and development strategy.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience preferred.
• Experience with instructor-led, on-the-job, and blended learning programs.
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with training systems, documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Ability to assess capability gaps and implement practical development solutions.
