Site Team Admin Purpose: This position provides necessary support to team members with the shared goal of delivering excellent patient care and service. Position Summary: The Site Team Administrator acts as a co-leader alongside the Clinical Team Leader, managing daily administrative tasks and business operations at the Allen County site.

Mandatory Functions:

1. Oversee daily business operations
2. Proficient in communication mediums including telephone, text, email, and Microsoft programs
3. Provide leadership support to staff and facility administration as needed
4. Assist the Clinical Team Leader in overseeing quality improvement programs aligned with our core values
5. Coordinate and conduct in-service education sessions
6. Maintain a professional attitude at all times
7. Perform any additional duties as assigned

Preferences:

• QMA or EMT certification preferred
• Previous team management experience highly preferred
• Correctional experience is a plus but not required

Requirements: CPR certification

Location: Allen County Jail

Shift Openings: Full-Time, 40 hours
