Qualifications

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • 2-3 years of job-related experience required.
  • Travel: 10-20%.
  • Ability to work between 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities
  • Monitor production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones
  • Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions
  • Make production decisions to preserve TAKT flow and minimize disruption to downstream activities
  • Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support
  • Coordinate daily production activities with Project Managers, Superintendents, Trade Leads, and Project Controls
  • Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities
  • Prepare work fronts for incoming crews according to the TAKT sequence
  • Coordinate trade handoffs to maintain continuous production flow
  • Coordinate with offsite manufacturing facilities on production schedules
  • Monitor material readiness and delivery schedules
  • Resolve material constraints and communicate manufacturing priority or delivery sequencing changes
  • Partner with logistics teams to maintain material flow to the site
  • Maintain and update the site TAKT schedule daily
  • Monitor milestones, identify schedule risks, and develop recovery plans
  • Validate production quantities, manpower, and productivity assumptions
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to TAKT planning methodologies
  • Support standardized work practices and improve production efficiency and schedule reliability
  • Participate in program-wide planning reviews and best-practice sharing
  • Serve as the primary onsite advocate for TAKT execution
  • Build relationships with Operations, Project Management, Trade Partners, Manufacturing, and Client representatives
  • Support executive site visits, production reviews, project startup, TAKT implementation, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and site-team training
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
