Faith Technologies is seeking a Project Scheduling Manager to develop, standardize, and support TAKT planning across strategic projects. The role emphasizes production planning, schedule optimization, reporting, and guiding Site TAKT Leads to improve execution across multiple campuses.
Education and experience in construction scheduling are required, with proficiency in Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

Partner with the Project Scheduling Manager to develop, standardize, and support TAKT planning across strategic projects. This role focuses on production planning, schedule optimization, reporting, and supporting Site TAKT Leads to improve execution consistency across multiple campuses
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ yearsof experience in construction scheduling, project controls, production planning, or a related field. Experience with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with mission-critical construction, Lean Construction, or TAKT planning is preferred
Travel: 50%
Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
