Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a Site Systems Administrator in El Paso, TX to provide on-site SA services to DoS offices nationwide, ensuring assets and operations support the customer mission to deliver IT services enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and monitoring servers, network devices, workstations, and DoS applications; enforcing security controls; managing backups, upgrades, and incident tickets in Service Now; and maintaining topology diagrams and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred: CompTIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware, servers, network devices, workstations, and applications (AD, SCCM, Travel Document Issuance System, Passport Records Imaging, etc.).
• Enforce security controls and handle patches, vSphere/OS remediation, and databases; manage incidents and changes in ServiceNow.
• Maintain documentation, topology diagrams, and regular status reports; coordinate upgrades and retirements.
