Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications.
• Manage security patches, VIBs, and databases; enforce DoS policies.
• Ensure backups, restores, and purges; coordinate upgrades/retirements.
• Log and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; document configuration changes.
• Monitor performance and maintain site topology diagrams and docs.
• Provide status reports and coordinate internal IT projects.
