Responsibilities

• As Site Supervisor / Service Technician, take charge of job site operations from start to finish.

• Interact directly with customers, providing updates and delivering the best service experience.
• Support crew leaders to boost productivity and quality while maintaining Heartland’s standards.
• Perform small repairs on site.
