Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Des Moines, IA is seeking a RoofingField Supervisor to lead our Service Department crews and ensure safe, quality commercial roofing work.

You will report to the Service Manager, plan and inspect jobs, coordinate materials, and maintain strong client communication while upholding safety standards on every project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Must have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to Service Manager.
• Supervise multiple roofing service crews.
• Perform pre-job & post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for service crews.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site.
• Daily communications with the customer.
• Plan and execute commercial roofing projects.

CentiMark Corporation , the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for a RoofingField Supervisor for our Service Department in Des Moines, IA.

This role is paying $20/hr - $32/hr, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Report to Service Manager
• Supervise multiple roofing service crews
• Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
• Planning jobs for service crews
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site
• Daily communications with the customer
• Planning and executing a successful commercial roofing project
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects

Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ year’s supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
• Must have a good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
