POSITION SUMMARY
The Supervisor performs exempt executive work such as the daily supervision of the hourly laborers and lead persons. The primary duty entails supervising sanitation lead persons and laborers in designated departments/areas of our customers’ plants to ensure safe, efficient work that complies with regulatory agencies, customer, and PSSI policies and procedures. Supervisors are fully accountable for day-to-day department responsibilities and are involved in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining sanitation laborers. They serve as the first line for team member complaints and grievances. Supervisors work closely with the Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, and Complex Manager to achieve objectives. Due to the nature of this work, applicants must be 18 years or older.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
Qualified individuals must be able to perform these essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodations:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read, write, perform basic math; 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience; basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Word); ability to wear PPE; and ability to work in environments with temperature fluctuations. Applicants must be 18 or older.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to wear PPE (rain gear) and work in extreme temperature conditions.
