Job summary

Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a SITE SUPERVISOR to lead a team of security officers across our Alabama operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of supervisory security experience and a strong work ethic, with willingness to work on-site during scheduled hours. Responsibilities include staffing, coordinating with project managers and clients, training, maintaining post instructions, and ensuring equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years security experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the US.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Winteam Software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required.
• Be on-site during scheduled hours.
• Cover open positions during short staffing or emergencies.
• Administers guard management software to all locations.
• Manage scheduling of all employees.
• Attend regular meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates.
• Maintain security post instructions and other required records.
• Deliver training where/when applicable.
• Ensure security and safety equipment is in good working condition.
• Interview and hire employees.
• Enforce policies and corrective actions as needed.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
