How will you make your impact? As a Site Supervisor – Mechanical & Electrical Equipment at Linxon, you are a key on‑site execution leader responsible for delivering mechanically and electrically installed equipment that is correct, compliant, and ready for commissioning. You take full ownership of installation activities from preparation through handover, ensuring engineering intent and OEM requirements are translated into correctly installed assets on the ground. Acting directly on behalf of Linxon, you lead contractor execution, protect equipment integrity and warranties, enforce quality at every stage, and manage interfaces to prevent delays and rework. Your impact is reflected in right‑first‑time installation, disciplined workmanship, complete and accurate documentation, and smooth transition from installation to testing and commissioning in full compliance with approved drawings, applicable codes, OEM manuals, and the Linxon Quality Management System.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
