Job summary

Voith Hydro Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor II to oversee installation activities for turbines, generators, and control systems at project sites.

You will ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards, coordinating contractors and site personnel under the direction of the Project Manager. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or a related Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
• Experience supervising installation activities in industrial or hydroelectric environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily installation, assembly, and commissioning activities at project sites.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to contractors, trades, and site personnel during project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to schedules and safety requirements.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation; support project closeout and turnover.
