Qualifications

• 5+ years of foreman/site supervisor/manager experience in hydroelectric turbines, generators, balance of plant and/or electrical power systems.
• Experience working on large, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site installation activities for turbine, generator, BOP, EPS.
• Ensure safe and cost-effective execution of installation works per project schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate interfaces with internal resources, other contractors, subcontractors, partners and customer.
• Maintain daily logs and input to weekly/monthly reports of installation activities.
• Prepare and hand over spare parts, project tools and devices in coordination with the SM.
• On-site training of client personnel as specified.
• Cooperate with site staff including Installation Supervisors and Commissioning Engineers.
