Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Fargo, ND is seeking a Site Supervisor to manage Security Officers across client sites. You will enforce post orders, conduct rounds, and file required reports while coordinating with client contacts to ensure top-tier security services.

The role requires 2 years of security experience, 1 year of supervisory experience preferred, and strong leadership with customer service focus. Training and administration duties are included.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; document coaching actions and seek guidance when needed.
• Train Security Officers; review post orders with team.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions; coordinate with management.
• Prepare, file and submit reports as required.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform Security Officer duties per post orders and policy.

Primary Location: Fargo, ND Wage: $27.00/HR

The Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 1 year of Supervisory experience preferred.
• Driver certification.
• 2 years of Security experience required.
