Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Supervisor for the Whitney, TX area. The role focuses on supervising daily security operations, maintaining service quality, and coordinating with client staff to ensure safety and integrity of the site.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, US work authorization, and a valid driver's license; 21+ with no restrictions is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is available along with uniform provision.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license; no restrictions.
• Previous supervisor experience is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day security service at the facility and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in staffing schedules, payroll, and related reports.
• Foster strong relationships with client staff and GardaWorld personnel.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents and check alarms/cameras.
• Document incidents and coordinate with law enforcement when needed.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.

• Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard

• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff

• React quickly to threats or incidents

• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras

• Document incidents and actions taken

• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents

• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.

• MUST BE 21 AND OVER WITH VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE / NO RESTRICTION B *REQUIRED*

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE *REQUIRED*

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

• First aid certification is an asset

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift

• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred

• You have a state license if required
