GardaWorld Security Services in Burleson, TX is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security operations, supervise day-to-day activities, and coordinate staffing and reporting. You will ensure GardaWorld’s core values are reflected in all actions and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, is 21+ with a valid driver’s license, and can navigate screening processes. GardaWorld offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with valid driver’s license.
• Must have previous supervisor experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security service at the facility and maintain high service standards.
• Develop and manage staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees; liaison between GardaWorld, client, and staff.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents and monitor alarms/cameras.
• Document incidents and actions; conduct on-site checks and coordinate with law enforcement if needed.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Ensure that GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into and throughout all business practices.
• Supervise the day to day security service provided to the facility and ensure service is of the high standard
• Assist in the development and implementation of staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with client and employees and serve as the liaison between GardaWorld, our client, and our assigned staff
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• MUST BE 21 AND OVER WITH VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE / NO RESTRICTION B *REQUIRED*
• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred
• You have a state license if required
