GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Supervisor in Kirkland, WA. You will lead security staff, coordinate shifts, and ensure top‑notch customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role emphasizes communication, training, and post operations to maintain safety and a welcoming environment. The position requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass extensive screening.

Qualifications

• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations.
• Provide post coverage when necessary.
• Supervise and direct Security Officers daily.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing gaps.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Ensure officers follow post orders and GardaWorld standards.
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats.
• Write detailed reports and collaborate with authorities.

As a Security Supervisor - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule 2: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12am ( 40 hours a week / full time)

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Providing leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies

• Supervising and providing day-to-day direction to Security Officers
• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call-offs
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Ensuring officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
