Job summary

VxL Enterprises is seeking an experienced Access Control Supervisor to lead a team protecting a secure government facility in Washington, DC. You will manage posts, schedule shifts, run daily muster, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the government customer. The role requires U.S.

citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and at least 4 years as an Access Control Officer with CAC eligibility. You will ensure training, cover posts, and document incidents, while upholding DoD security

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• At least 25 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience as an Access Control Officer, including use of personnel security systems such as DISS.
• At least 2 years of experience as an access control supervisor.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or able to obtain before start).
• Eligible for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
• Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and, if required, submit to a counterintelligence polygraph.

Schedule: Full-time. Weekday daytime core business hours, Monday through Friday. Lead officers cover evenings and weekends.

• At least 2 years of experience as an access control supervisor (experience may come from any employer or contract)
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or able to obtain before start)
• Eligible for a DoD Common Access Card (CAC)
• Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and, if required, submit to a counterintelligence polygraph
