Job summary

TCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects in Perth, WA. This hands-on role emphasizes safe on-site leadership, coordination with trades, and adherence to high quality standards across multiple sites.

You will manage project delivery from start to finish, ensuring safety, schedule, and workmanship while mentoring site personnel and liaising with Project Managers, clients, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or relevant qualification in Construction or Building.
• White Card (essential).
• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supervising construction sites.
• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building standards and construction methods.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach with a focus on quality, safety, and delivering results.

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:
