Weiser Security Services is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee a security team at our Tampa, FL site. This part-time role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to cover all shifts as needed.

You will manage daily operations, supervise security officers, and implement OSHA safety protocols to ensure a safe, compliant environment while coordinating with contractors and clients on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Class D Security License required.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• Must be 21+ with clean background and able to pass drug testing.

• Pay: $17.30 per hour. (excluding training hours)

What We Need

• Active D License: You must possess a current Class D Security License.
• Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable means of getting to your site on time.
• Professional Standards: Must be 21+ years old with a clean criminal background and the ability to pass drug testing (pre-employment and random).
• Stable Work History: We need team members with a proven track record of reliability and a high school diploma/GED.
• Clean Driving Record: A clean driving history is a necessity for this specific patrol post.
