Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Fulton, MO is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time role. The position offers a Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm schedule with a wage of $18.50 per hour to lead a security officer team on site.

You will ensure post orders are followed, train staff, and maintain detailed incident reports while upholding integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness across the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior supervisory experience in security, military, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and organizational skills.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Professional interaction with a wide range of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident docs, and daily logs.

Available Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a supervisor position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
