Job summary

Shikara Constructions Pvt Ltd is seeking a market-facing sales coordinator with 2-3 years in high-rise construction projects. You will maintain customer databases, track project progress, and coordinate with all divisions.

You will prepare monthly activity reports, analyze market trends, and generate weekly project-wide sales reports to drive targets. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years experience in High Rise Platinum Buildings / Construction Projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an up to date database of customers through Sales logging, through the business current call reporting system.
• Keep a structured record of projects being worked on at all stages, including orders placed
• Be able to communicate and work with all divisions within the company.
• Prepare a monthly report highlighting key activities, success and market trends outlining on-going goals.
• Preparing project wise sales report every week to improve efficiency in completing the targets.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to define marketing area.
• Meeting Targets.
• A Good communicator at all levels.
• Approaching and convincing clients.
• Understanding the client requirements & providing them all the necessary details of the project.
