Job summary

I Am Boundless is seeking a Site Supervisor in Independence, OH to provide direct programming and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise residential staff and ensure quality services in the individuals’ homes.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a HS diploma or equivalent, and a valid OH driver’s license. Prior supervisory experience and comfort with caregiving duties are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Ohio driver’s license required.
• Multimedia First Aid and CPR—adult, child & infant; delegated nursing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and to supervise residential staff assigned to the individual’s home.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred

Licensure/Certification:

• Multimedia First Aid, CPR—adult, child & infant; delegated nursing; valid Ohio Driver’s License – Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two years experience working with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred.
